Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Important to involve channel partners and nurture the relationship to further business objectives.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to assist the team in capturing as much of the distributor's attention as possible, enabling them to fulfil goals and increase market share in the channel.
- Evaluate the team's performance in relation to the plan, and offer them career guidance to help them succeed
- Implement b2b ecommerce management techniques to instill the team with the required sales behavior.
- Assure the business's longevity and quality.

- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
