Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Use proactive outreach prospecting and lead creation techniques to find possible clients and qualify leads.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our offerings, including their features, advantages, and costs.
- Oversee the sales cycle from the point of contact to the point of closure, making sure that all customer and sales data is correct and current.
- Preserve ties with current clients
- Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly sales goals pertaining to lead generation, sales endeavours, and completed transactions.
- Participate in mandatory professional development activities such as sales training.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
