Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
- Promote the company's products and services by addressing or predicting clients
- Identifying Leads, Identifying new business opportunities for the company
- Identify opportunities for new client acquisition
- Building good relationships with new and existing clients to try and ensure their business in the future.
- As a sales Consultant, your responsibilities are monitoring and analyzing sales performance.
- Should be also planning, designing, and implementing effective controls
- Capable of recommending changes required in the sales process to help a company meet its sales targets.
- Demonstrates advanced products knowledge
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
