Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Create and oversee effective dealer networks and distribution systems for local sales channels.
- Analysing sales data, reporting state head, forecasting periodically, and keeping an eye on sales performance.
- Creating goals and strategies for sales
- Determine untapped markets and client demands
- Advertise the business's goods and services by anticipating or addressing the goals of the customers.
- Whenever possible, offer dependable criticism and post-purchase assistance.
- Establish enduring connections with both current and potential clients.
- Gathering and examining sales data
- Gathering input from clients and conducting market research in the vicinity
- Staying informed about new offerings and rivals
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
