Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- In charge of sales in the designated territory and achieving sales goals.
- As directed by the company, aggressively market biologics for distal extremities and trauma to nurses and surgeons.
- Promotional materials should be used sparingly in accordance with the evaluation of potential customers.
- Overseeing the distribution network and making sure that consumers are delivered on time.
- Personal Order Booking from Channel Partner is a must for RSM.
- In charge of collecting money from channel partners in accordance with business policies.
- Answering to the manager of national sales.
- It is crucial to follow reporting guidelines and keep an up-to-date consumer database.
- Extended out-of-town travel is suggested.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
