Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Establish and nurture connections with clients to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market and close deals with potential clients on banking goods and services.
- Achieve sales targets and help the team reach its objectives.
- Produce leads via a range of marketing channels, including as events, internet marketing campaigns, and recommendations.
- Analyse clients' financial needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Deliver top-notch customer service by professionally responding to questions and grievances.
- Remain current on market trends, legal requirements, and the newest financial goods and services.
- Verify that all rules, guidelines, and procedures-both internal and external-are followed.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
