Job Role:
- Thorough understanding of various insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.

- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Age: 21 to 40
