Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and preserving a solid rapport with both current and potential clients.
- Investigating and pursuing fresh business prospects.
- Determining wants and requirements from clients and putting forth appropriate solutions.
- Giving customers thorough product/service consultations and assisting them in making decisions.
- Cross- and upselling customers on goods and services.
- Resolving grievances and problems effectively and promptly.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 4 LPA
- Good Communication skills
