Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We have urgent openings for the position of Assistant Sales Manager with most of the leading life Insurance companies in the Agency Sales Vertical.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
- Meets with potential clients to discuss the adequacy of existing insurance coverage and related financial resources.
- Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
- Suggests modifications and updates to clients' existing insurance policies.
- Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet clients' needs.
- Processes insurance policy renewals.
- Assists clients with filing insurance claims.
- Maintains print and electronic records and files as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2+ years experience in sales and marketing
- Must be graduation
- Local candidate
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- CTC: 2.75 To 4.50 LPA
