Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Bancassurance Sales Coach will provide advisory services on all Bancassurance products under the Personal Banking segment
- Conduct training and continuing education for Personal Financial Consultants on Bancassurance products.
- Achieve revenue targets set out by management.
- Work in bank branch.
- Lead based work.
Qualifications :
- A good degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent
- Candidate should have 3-5 years of prior experience in Insurance Sales-related roles.
- Sound analytical mind
- Candidate should ideally be mature, confident, and able to play a meaningful role in client meetings.
- Graduation in any field.
- Having min. 2 years- experience in Banking or Finance sector.
