Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Create and carry out strategic sales programmes to meet business goals.
- Oversee, inspire, and guide the sales staff to improve output and performance.
- Manage the entire sales process, from generating leads to finalising agreements.
- Examine market trends and discover fresh business prospects.
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with customers, representatives, and business associates.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
