Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Having productive interactions with clients and bringing in the desired amount of money
- Making phone calls to potential clients and interacting with them to increase sales
- Concentrating on establishing enduring relationships with clients
- Ensuring excellent customer retention through customer service, consistent involvement, and frequent customer feedback gathering
- Maintaining and updating customer information in CRM
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.45 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
