Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Roles:
- Encouraging and motivating the sales force.
- Establishing a positive rapport with the clients.
- Offer continual performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring to improve the sales team's abilities.
- Keep an eye on and evaluate rival activity, market trends, and sales performance.
- Encourage good working connections with stakeholders and coworkers.
- Produce leads via prospecting and other networking endeavors.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Completing a degree is required.
- Experience: A minimum of two years in the sales field
- Age range: Min 21 to Max40
