Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Create and put into action efficient marketing plans to either close new insurance deals or amend current ones.
- Establish a rapport with possible customers by utilising referrals, cold calling, networking, and other methods.
- Assess the needs and desires of corporate or private clients and offer the appropriate protection options.
- Get client information about their risk profiles so that you can provide them with the appropriate solution.
- Create reports that update shareholders on the achievements of your business ventures.
- Keep pertinent records and maintain ongoing awareness of transactions, sales, and terms.
- Verify insurance claims to maintain credibility and preserve reputation
- Refresh job-specific knowledge often and use it in the workplace
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good Communication skills
