Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Obligations:
- Find, hire, and train fresh advisers or sales people.
- By offering continuing coaching and training, develop and retain a high-performing sales team.
- Assign and communicate to the team sales targets and goals.
- Track and assess each agent's performance as well as that of the entire team.
- Create and put into practise sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Help agents create and sustain enduring client relationships.
- Manage customer interactions that are sophisticated or valuable as necessary.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
