Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Work Location: Vijayawada/Visakhapatnam/Kakinada
Notice Period: 0 to 30 days joiners
Key Focus areas :
This position will be responsible for
- Prospecting, hunting & closing deals to onboard new partners to drive revenues.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and ensure maximum share of wallet from the partners.
- Generate new business using existing and potential client networks.
- Be the face of the company to the key partners and ensure Aegon is the brand of choice for all insurance needs.
- Work with IT teams to ensure best in class onboarding experience to partners (Interface between partner tech teams & ALIC tech teams during integrations)
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs. Resolve any conflicts and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Provide regular market/environment feedback as inputs to strategy
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Customer-oriented
