Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
We are looking for a manager who can lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve team and company goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase premiums and market share.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase premiums and market share.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of life insurance agents.
- Ensure that team members are providing outstanding customer service.
- Track and monitor team performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide support and guidance to team members.
- Daily Market visit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1.5+ years of experience in the life insurance industry.
- Strong sales skills and experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
