Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with other members of the sales team and other departments to ensure the organization meets its sales goals!
Roles And Responsibility :
- Assisting the sales manager in achieving their sales objectives.
- Instructing customers on the advantages of a life insurance policy.
- To put together and control a team of business partners.
- By providing assistance, team management, mentoring, training, etc., you can build the necessary team.
- Increasing sales success by managing and training sales staff.
- Addressing customer's issues in a timely manner.
- Retention of Customers.
Candidate Profile :
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in life insurance or 2 years of experience in BFSI
- Age : Between 23 - 38 years
