Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Study local industry trends and present new business opportunities for the organisation
- Optimise every potential for earning money
- Participate in the hotel's sales strategy and monitor how successfully the various departments are implementing it.
- Recognise the competitive market environment and put measures into action to ensure that the hotel keeps the neighborhood's top spot.
- Work out hotel and travel deals for corporate clients.
- A culture of high standards and proactive selling should be fostered, and the Sales Team Members should receive excellent training.
- Develop and apply creative local marketing techniques, such as the usage of social media.
- Utilise current business strategies and seize any opportunities that may present themselves.
As needed, communicate with all hotel departments.
- As appropriate, take part in sales activities
- Report appointments, phone calls, and a client list.
