Position : Assistant Sales Manager
Experience : Min. 2 to 3 years in Sales and Marketing
Location : Korba, Bilaspur, Ambikapur, Raigarh, Raipur, Bhilai
CTC : Up to 3.00 LPA + Incentives + Bonus + Other Benefits
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruiting and training to the new team members
- Motivate the team members
- Handling clients on the field
- Developing the business
- Maintain communication about the products
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build a good relationship with clients and team members
- Provide sales support to the clients and adviser
- Give information about new products
- Giving sales presentations to the clients
- Researching new strategies and using knowledge for improving performance
