Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
We are seeking highly driven individuals with experience in sales who can collaborate effectively with others and operate in the field.
Responsibility & Roles :
- The Sales Manager's team is in charge of assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their personal and professional networks.
- Keep an eye on the agency team's daily operations, planning, and execution.
- locate and hire prospective insurance advisors
- Ensuring agent motivation and fostering a long-lasting relationship between the agents and the business.
- Keeping an eye on the sales team's performance and activity.
- fostering trusting relationships with the team and the clients.
- Use the Need-Based Selling Model and abide by it.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of Field Sales
- Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
