- Candidates from Health Ins & Life Ins background with min 1 -2 year experience in Insurance agency sales .
- Candidates with career stability and presently working with min 6 month experience.
JD:
1. Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents
2. Planing and devicing the local scheme and engagement program for Agents
3. Ensuring the agent productivity and activation
4. Training and agent life cycle management
5. Brand development by conducting road shows
6. Ensure Nil discripancy and high customer service satisfaction
7. Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM.
