Primary Responsibilities :
- Recruitment of Agent/Advisor
- Business generation through agents
- Planning and driving the local scheme and engagement program for Agents
- Ensuring the agent productivity and activation
- Training and agent life cycle management
- Brand development by conducting road shows
- Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction
- Ensuring meeting of the targets month on month basis
Eligible Profile :
- Minimum Graduate
- Should have 2 years or more experience in Life/Health Insurance/Insurance Broker
- Candidate should be from Life/Health Insurance Industry (Agency vertical). We are also open to hire resource from BFS Sector who is cross selling Insurance or M.R. from Pharma Industry.
- Localite from respective city
CTC :
- Upto Rs. 3.50 Lacs + Fixed reimbursement + incentives on performance
Candidates from BFSI and Pharma sales upto 35 years of age are acceptable
