- Recruit agent, advisors.
- Train agent and advisors.
- Help them to achieve the business targets.
- Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers.
- Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the TARGET from TA's to SA's and AO's as per the Agency Structure.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates from insurance industry with agency channel experience preferred
- Must have 1-2 Year's relevant Experience.
- Must be a Graduate.
