Market Analysis: Market Analysis:

1. Updating on Competitor moves and Strategies

2. To update management on client feedbacks which he gets from the clients and give the market condition and demands

Co-ordination: ordination:

1. To ensure that the clients get proper service with excellent quality

2. To oversee overall relationship with client and follow up on schedules and deadlines

3. To support sales team in developing relations with clients

4. To understand customer needs and improvements to be done in our servicing

5. Assist with marketing activities where required

6. Maintain and track the portfolios by working with senior colleagues to manage each client's situation

7. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter

8. Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers

9. Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing;

10. Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use

11. Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department

12. Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service

MIS &reports reports reports

1. Every Month they will prepare a Monthly Sales Report and submit it to their RSM

2. Sales forecast for the month/quarter/year

3. RMS up dating
