Assistant Sales Manager - FMCD (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Hitting or exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
- Providing incentives to encourage employees to meet sales goals in addition to managing and supervising the sales team.
- Keeping an eye on the sales team's performance.
- Ensuring constant cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
- Establishing and preserving productive working relationships with clients.
- Finding methods and opportunities to boost sales.
- Attending training sessions and sales meetings on a regular basis.
- Ensuring that there is a sufficient supply of company merchandise in the store.
- Carrying out all responsibilities of the sales manager in an emergency or absence.
