Job Description :
- Develop a highly motivated team of financial consultants and advisors from open markets.
- Provide Training, Coaching, Managing, and Motivating your sales team
- Generate leads of potential customers from your sales team
- Identify the customer's financial requirements and suggest suitable products
- Provide pre and post-sales support to your customers and sales team
- Market research and create a channel sales strategy to generate more revenue
Candidate Requirement :
Bachelor's degree
Age should be between 21 to 38
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Excellent organizational skills.
