Job Description :
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Inside Sales Executive, or a similar role, preferably in the eLearning/EdTech industry.
- Self-driven and organized.
- First-hand experience with various sales techniques, including cold calls and emails.
- Consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to set the right emotional tone in emails.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), and lead sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter, etc.
