Assistant Sales Manager - Education (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilites
1. Provides after-sales service and in particular, ensures all customers' complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the sales manager if necessary.
2. Confirms verbal proposals in writing.
3. At all times promote a positive image of the company in all forms of contact.
4. To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the clients, students at piano schools, music teachers in the community and members of the trade.
Qualifications for Sales Manager :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2 years of experience in sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
