Assistant Sales Manager - Defence Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking Candidates for Defence Channel .
Roles & Responsibility :
- Managing and Life selling insurance in Army and Defence area.
- Recruit Ex-Army persons on pay roll of company as Officer Prahri.
- Help them to sell Life insurance and work with them in Army, Navy, Air-Force and all government Defence areas.
- Motivate Officer Prahri and help them to generate business.
- Handling team of 5 to 6 Officer Prahri.
Candidates- Requirements :
Graduation in any stream
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of Life Insurance and BFSI or any other field.
- Age should be between 24 to 38 years
- Good in Communication
- Attractive Personality
- Ability to coach others
Interview Process :
- Online Assessment Test - Organizing by company
- HR Telephonic Round
- Last Interview with Line Manager on Telephonic or Video Call
