- To Manage agency channel sales team and sales team is responsible for managing agents, training agents, and achieving sales targets.
- Sales manager's job role and responsibilities are recruitment and management of agents.
- Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue.
- Drive and Monitor all sales initiatives so as to meet its objective.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 Years in Field Sales and Marketing
