Job Description:
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- To find new leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2 Years in Sales and Marketing and 1+ in the BFSI sector
- CTC: Up to 3.20 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
