- As an Assistant Sales Manager, your role is to support the Sales Manager in supervising and coordinating the sales team's efforts to meet sales goals and drive revenue. Here's a simplified overview of your responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities :
Team Support : Assist the Sales Manager in providing guidance, motivation, and support to the sales team.
Sales Strategy : Work with the Sales Manager to implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue objectives.
Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with customers and address their needs to ensure satisfaction.
Target Achievement : Help set and communicate sales targets for the team and work with them to meet these objectives.
Market Awareness : Stay informed about market conditions, competition, and customer trends to help adapt sales strategies.
Training and Development : Support in training and developing the sales team to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
Data Reporting : Assist in preparing and presenting regular reports to upper management on sales performance, market conditions, and challenges.
Budget Assistance : Aid in managing the budget allocated for sales activities, including marketing and sales initiatives expenses.
Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product or service offerings and communicate this information to the sales team and customers.
Problem-Solving : Help address and resolve any issues or challenges within the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications :
- Must be Graduate in any stream
- Relevant experience in sales, and marketing with minimum 1 to 2 years.
- Strong communication and team support skills.
- Ability to work with data and assist in data analysis.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Familiarity with sales tools and processes.
