Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Overseeing sales within the organisation by creating a business strategy that addresses income, cost, and sales management.
- Achieving prearranged sales targets.
- Along with the sales team, establish individual sales goals.
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates on findings when required.
- Directly supervising the sales team's operations and output.
- Assisting in lead generation in coordination with marketing.
- A consistent training programme for your sales staff.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Good communication skills
