Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Successfully manage the sales staff to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
- Develop and put into action a comprehensive business plan that will increase the company's clientele and guarantee its continued existence.
- Manage the hiring, goal-setting, mentoring, and performance evaluation of sales reps
- Develop and nurture enduring relationships with customers by collaborating with them and being aware of their requirements.
- Report on sales, revenue, and expenses and provide the management team with reasonable projections
- Recognise new product launches and competitive landscapes in addition to trending markets and market changes.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Good Communication Skills
