Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Find consulting and agency partners.
- Coordinate the trainings for the regulations.
- Control the daily, weekly, and monthly choreography.
- Hold regular monthly, weekly, and daily meetings with Agency partners.
- A monthly exercise in determining income and goals
- Working together on the ground with Agency partners and consultants to find insurance policies
- Drive the filing and issuing of business documents.
- Lead generation and business growth.
- Make sure self-sourcing targets are met.
- Daily tracking of business reporting, management information systems (MIS) on sales calls, lead utilization, and conversion.
