Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- We are looking for assistant sales manager's who responsibility include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.
- Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
- Building relationships with the old and existing customers.
- Attending meetings and daily standups.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales staff.
- Ensuring the store is well stocked and restocking them as and when required.
