Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
1. Create and put into practice efficient sales methods to hit revenue goals and spur company expansion.
2. Oversee and guide a group of salespeople, offering guidance, instruction, and assistance to guarantee they hit or surpass their goals.
3. Create and preserve enduring bonds with business clients by offering top-notch customer support and swiftly attending to questions and issues.
4. Gain and preserve a thorough awareness of the beverage sector as well as our offerings.
5. Work together with cross-functional teams to create marketing plans and collateral to aid in sales initiatives.
6. Keep an eye on rival activity and market trends to spot growth and differentiation opportunities.
7. Create and provide sales reports to top management on a regular basis, emphasising important performance indicators and potential areas for development.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
