Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Oversee and direct a group of field sales agents.
- To meet business goals, establish strategic sales plans and set sales targets.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with important clients and customers.
- Remain informed on advancements in the market, industry trends, and rivalry.
- For management review, provide periodical reports on sales performance, projections, and market trends.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
