Job Description :

- As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our sales department, working closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales, coach the sales team, and ensure the achievement of targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing strategies to boost sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient lead conversion.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketing and sales efforts for effective lead generation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .

- Proven 2 years experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Strong leadership and coaching skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.

- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
