Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (1-7 yrs)
- We urgently need an Assistant Sales Manager for the Agency Vertical in the Gujarat locations listed below. You will uphold organizational values in all of your actions as a business development professional and ensure business ethics and integrity. You must adhere to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Location : Vapi, Bhuj, Gandhinagar
- Recruiting, vetting, and training new agents are among the roles and responsibilities.
- Offer direction to agents to help them reach their goals.
- Gather leads from the free market.
- Create and maintain a relationship with the client
- Prepare team members for increased business
- Working together on the ground with Agency partners and advisors to find insurance policies
- Achieving the goals set and preserving positive relationships with clients and agents
- Attaining the designated PMS target through the identified intermediaries
- Agent licensing, tracking, and activation
- Upholding positive interactions with the agents and regularly imparting product and procedure training
Candidate information :
- Graduation in any field; experience in sales and marketing of between one and two years; must be a local candidate.
- Effective communication skills
- One with presentation skills, between the ages of 21 and 38, and who enjoys the challenge of pursuing and exceeding sales targets.
