Assistant Sales Manager - Bank (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant CASA Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and leadership skills, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for acquiring new CASA accounts.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products
- Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance procedures.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets for opening new current and savings accounts, and achieving revenue goals set by the bank.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets to the sales manager.
- Have a deep understanding of the bank's CASA products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Required Qualifications:
- Any Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in BFSI.
- Age: 21 to 30 years.
