Assistant Sales Manager - Bank (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a skilled employee who needs to drive business development by identifying new market opportunities, selling to them, boosting relationships with current clients, and establishing and maintaining new client relationships.
Roles:
- To confirm that the agents have licences and are assembling their own team.
- To increase the efficiency of both new and experienced agents
- To increase performance, the PFA should undertake sales marketing.
- To instruct and guide PFAs in offering clients need-based solutions
- To provide new business and renewal business via both new and experienced agents.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
1- or 2-years' Experience on Sales and Marketing/BFSI
Strong Leadership,
Communication Skills.
Problem Solving Skills.
Local candidate.
