Assistant Sales Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (3-6 yrs)

Job description :
- Too Close, the Leads Provided by the Company.
- Should have Knowledge about the Product.
- 100 % Lead-Based Inside Sales of Life Insurance.
- To handle customers for their complaints and give them proper guidance.
- Maintain relations with customers for better customer satisfaction and retention.
- To develop, agree and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for existing customers.
- Receiving leads from assigned Bank and source business through Channel Partner.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2 Years in Field Sales and Marketing and 2 years in the insurance sector
- CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age : 24 to 35 Years
- Job Type : Full Time-On Roll
