Job Description
Location : Ashok Vihar, Delhi

GENERAL DUTIES :
- Frontline Face of Highline Automotive and perform Client Service Functions with highest Integrity and Brand Values.
- Generation of qualified leads/Cold calling in proportion to target from assigned territory and offer services to prospective customers.
- Understanding the Customer Requirements/needs and offering the right service solution & closing the case.
- Responsible to achieve assigned sales/activity target week on week/month on month/year on year.
- Provision of all relevant information on services offered from Highline Automotive including New Car Services, Financial Services, Disposal Services
- Liaising between Customer & Authorized Brand Dealers/ Suppliers for Price Proposals, Rebate Negotiation, Products & Stock information, closers and other related requirements
- Entering & updating Enquiries in CRM system & report on a daily weekly basis
- Maintain File Records & relevant case related documentation for the closers
- Develop & Maintain a well-informed, motivated attitude by ensuring product and competition knowledge
- Ensure to maintain great relationship with Customers to build a strong referral network
- Meeting with client for solving his queries.
- Communication should be very strong.
