Assistant Sales Manager - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking to hire a Assistant Sales Manager in Agency Channel for India's Leading Life Insurance Company.
The Assistant sales manager is responsible for establishing and communicating sales goals, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring that staff members work to the best level.
Responsibilities:
- Assistance Sales Manager are responsible for driving business growth within a company.
- generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market
- Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.
- Organizing training sessions for the team members as and when needed.
- Preparing sales reports on a monthly basis.
Requirements :
- Local candidates.
- Age: 24 to 38 years.
- Experience: Mini. 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Qualification: Any graduation.
