Assistant Sales Manager - Agency Channel - BFS (3-4 yrs)
- As a Assistant Sales Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Candidate : Local Candidate.
- Experience : Minimum 3+ Years in sales and Marketing.
- Age : 24 to 38 years.
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- Two-Wheeler Required.
