Assistant - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- We are looking for a Sales Assistant with experience and in-depth knowledge of the sales process, excellent client handling, a strong customer base, persuasive communication skills, and lead closing.
Responsibilities and roles :
- Reach branch goals by launching monthly initiatives and encouraging
- Finding and recruiting prospective insurance consultants or advisors
- Advisors are coached and prepared for increased productivity.
- Creating and putting into practice sales strategy to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- In order to sell insurance products, agents are needed. They are also given regular training.
- Taking part in networking events to draw and keep customers.
- Helping with marketing and advertising efforts
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification : Any graduation
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales and marketing/BFSI
- The candidate must be local to the same city
Age : 21 to 38 years
CTC : 3.00 To 4.50 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
- Good Presentation Skill
