Assistant Sales Executive - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
Here, We are hiring for a Business Development Executive.
Job Description :
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Presentations, Lead Generation, and advice.
- Takes major judgments for his team.
- Following sales goals and recording results as required.
- Implant product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.
- To find new leads.
Requirements :
- Graduation in Any stream
- 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing and 1-year of experience in life insurance
- Age should be between 21 to 35 years
- Candidates should be local
- Excellent in communication
