Assistant Sales Director - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
The Assistant Sales Director will assist in overseeing the sales activities of agents, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in helping agents meet their sales targets, recruiting new agents, and ensuring continuous improvement in sales strategies. Your expertise in tracking sales progress and providing insights will contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and training of new agents.
- Support agents in converting leads into customers and achieving sales goals.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to senior management.
- Assist in setting and meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in field sales, particularly in insurance.
- Valid bike and driving license.
